IT Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, committed to timing, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Update operating systems and software applications to ensure security and functionality.
• Assist with network administration & troubleshooting tasks.
• Implement and maintain data backup procedures to protect user data.
• Documents support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain IT assets, including computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology fields
• 3 years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems & computer hardware
• Experience with Office applications.
• Basic knowledge & experience in Networking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Transferable Visa.
